Catherine Carr

Catherine coaches leaders across Canada and internationally, from new supervisors to seasoned top executives. She is an internationally respected thought leader in leadership development and team coaching. Catherine is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has a background in organizational psychology. She completed a doctorate in leadership development and executive coaching. Catherine won the Goulding Award for most outstanding professional doctorate of 2012 for her research on team effectiveness and team coaching.

In 2013, Catherine co-authored 50 Tips for Terrific Teams, and High Performance Team Coaching. Catherine is known for her warmth and ability to connect with individuals and groups.
