Eric believes workplace climate assessments succeed in providing vital information to an organization when the facilitator actively engages leaders in designing the process and when the facilitator listens with curiosity to all those who participate.
As Managing Director of the ACHIEVE, Eric provides leadership for a large team of staff and consultants. In this capacity, he directs the development and delivery of ACHIEVE’s consulting and facilitation services. In addition to his role with ACHIEVE, he is currently president and chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Manitoba and has worked as a senior mediator, board chair, administrator, trainer and lead negotiator for other organizations in various parts of Canada.
Eric’s educational background includes a degree in Sociology with a focus on mediation and peacemaking, extensive leadership development training and a certificate in mediation skills. Eric is a contributing author to ACHIEVE’s Team Development, Leadership, and Facilitation workshop materials.
His specialties include large group climate assessments, facilitating meetings and collaborative decision making. Eric has been active in the field for nearly 20 years.
