Angie has participated in the development of strategic planning activities with organizations of varying sizes and objectives, including small not-for profits, government agencies, and country operations of large multinational corporations. She has a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is an organizational consultant, coach, and facilitator. Angie believes that all effective strategic plans begin with a carefully considered and clearly articulated organizational vision, set of values, and purpose.
Drawing on her years as an operations leader, Angie has the ability to help organizations set goals for the future and identify adjustments in their structure in order to meet them. Her experiences have shown her that healthy and successful workplaces grow from groups of people who can clearly articulate the goals of their organization – from individuals who can identify their contribution to those goals, to leaders who can clear the path for employees to achieve them.
