She is an internationally respected expert in leadership development and team coaching. She is also a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and has a background in organizational psychology.
Catherine completed a Doctorate in Leadership Development and Executive Coaching. She won the Goulding Award for most outstanding professional doctorate of 2012 for her research on team effectiveness and team coaching.
In 2013, Catherine co-authored 50 Tips for Terrific Teams, and High Performance Team Coaching. Catherine is known for her warmth and ability to connect with individuals and groups.
