Jennifer is a Registered Psychologist with a private practice in Edmonton. She believes that fostering a healthy workplace climate provides the context for employees to thrive in their pursuits of organizational goals. With a doctoral degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, she applies her skills and knowledge toward developing strong organizations that are characterized by psychologically healthy environments and thriving individuals.

In her various roles as a leader of multidisciplinary teams, Jennifer has personally focused on improving employee engagement based on their direct input. She has also continuously worked toward creating a team culture characterized by autonomy, support, and flexibility to fit with the strengths of the individuals.
