Jennifer is passionate about fostering mental health in the workplace to help both individuals and organizations thrive. She is a Registered Psychologist with a private practice in Edmonton where she works with both individuals and groups to support mental health and personal growth. With a doctoral degree in industrial-organizational psychology, she loves to apply her clinical skills and psychological knowledge toward developing strong organizations that are characterized by psychologically healthy environments and respect for mental health issues.

In addition to her therapeutic experience, Jennifer has held roles as a leader of multidisciplinary teams. As a leader, she continuously worked on creating team environments that foster mental health through respect and support for individuals.
