Lynda believes that all teams are greater than the sum of their parts. Developing a strong, cohesive and highly functional team that enjoys working together requires mutual respect, relationship building and meaningful conversations about what matters most to individuals and the team as a whole.
As a Registered Social Worker and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, Lynda has worked with many groups and organizations in various stages of team development, primarily within the social services, healthcare, government and non-profit sectors. She brings a group coaching approach to all team development, helping teams to identify their core values, strengths and collective vision for the work they do together.
Lynda’s educational background includes a Master of Social Work degree, an Honors Bachelor of Social Work degree, a Bachelor’s degree in sociology, as well as certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach. Her specialty is working with teams in high-stress, high-care work environments where peer support and team functioning are essential to the success of both individuals and the organization.
