Scott’s team development experience includes work in the non-profit and private business sectors, government, healthcare, the performing arts and high-performance sports. He draws on a broad background as a practitioner and trainer in outdoor leadership, conflict resolution, psychotherapy and team development.
Scott is known for quickly putting people at ease and connecting in a very genuine way. His playful humor as well as his insight and curiosity help teams discover previously unconsidered possibilities for growth.
Scott is a certified member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, a Professional Member of the Canadian Sport Psychology Association, and holds a Master of Education degree with a Specialization in counselling from the University of Manitoba.
