Wendy sees coaching as an essential component in the enhancement of leadership skills and awareness, which is made possible by creating supportive environments. She has worked for a variety of organizations, boards and businesses both in Canada and internationally as a consultant, trainer, senior mediator for workplace conflicts and facilitator of strategic processes. As a consultant for ACHIEVE, Wendy provides training and leadership for several key subject areas including mediation, coaching and facilitation skills.

In addition to working at ACHIEVE, Wendy teaches in the Peace and Conflict Transformation department at Canadian Mennonite University, co-directs the Canadian School of Peacebuilding and facilitates workshops in multiple Asian workplace contexts. Her education brings together degrees in program management and theology with a certificate in mediation and current PhD work in Peace and Conflict Studies. She is regularly consulted on workplace conflict dynamics and leadership questions regarding the betterment of relationships and systems in the workplace.

When coaching, Wendy combines her wealth of practical experience and natural curiosity to create an ideal learning experience for the client.
