Wendy believes that mediation provides people with a way of seeing beyond conflict in order to follow pathways towards sustainable solutions. She has worked in a wide variety of organizations, boards, and businesses both in Canada and internationally as a senior mediator, consultant for workplace conflicts trainer, and facilitator of strategic processes.
In addition to working at ACHIEVE, Wendy teaches in the Peace and Conflict Transformation department at Canadian Mennonite University, co-directs the Canadian School of Peacebuilding and facilitates workshops in multiple Asian workplace contexts. Her education brings together degrees in program management and theology with a certificate in mediation and current PhD work in Peace and Conflict Studies.
Wendy is regularly consulted on workplace conflict dynamics and leadership questions regarding the betterment of relationships and systems in the workplace. Wendy has been active in the mediation field for over 20 years.
