Deanne has applied her skills in leadership, management, and organizational change for many years as a leader and manager with mental health and addiction services in Saskatchewan. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Public Health, with expertise in program evaluation, project management, and change management. As a leader, Deanne is passionate about creating a work environment where individuals feel valued, acknowledged, and appreciated; and where collaboration, creative problem solving, and teamwork are fostered and expected by the team. She understands the value of open communication, trust, and accountability in developing functional and dynamic teams. As a facilitator, Deanne uses humor, stories, group discussion, and engaging strategies to keep the training entertaining, challenging, educational, and memorable.
