Topic: What No One Tells You About Leadership

Jessica will challenge you with her message about trusting and believing in yourself. Her presentation will keep you engaged as she shares how she used intuition to follow the path from silence to leadership. Jessica will talk about how she is learning to trust herself and rely on her intuition to guide her decisions in order to find personal fulfillment in serving others and build her leadership capacity.


Jessica is the President of Jessica Dumas Coaching and Training. She has been recognized for her professional expertise through her nomination as a finalist in both CBC Manitoba’s 40 under 40 in 2015, and 2017’s Future Leaders of Manitoba. Jessica has served as Chairperson of the Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce. She is the incoming Chair for the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the City of Winnipeg Mayor’s Indigenous Advisory Circle, Aboriginal Council of Winnipeg, CentrePort Advisory Committee, and Manitoba Museum Board of Governors.

Jessica is a band member of the Anishinaabe community, Keeseekowenin First Nation in Manitoba, Treaty 2. She brings with her an awareness of diversity, inclusion, and Indigenous history to support businesses in gaining a deeper understanding of what it means to take action and address the current challenges Canada’s diverse populations are facing. Jessica is a powerful role model and advocate for social justice. She believes that the best teaching happens through storytelling.
