Wendy is dedicated to collaborating with clients and ensuring their needs are met. As a consultant and coach, she provides opportunities to explore and enrich individual capacities through experiences that are both personally rewarding and professionally challenging.
In addition to coaching clients in a variety of industries, in Wendy’s role as Director of Training with ACHIEVE, she coaches and supports a large group of trainers, providing them with assistance and guidance as they create material and prepare to deliver trainings.Wendy has Bachelor’s degrees in both Psychology and Education, and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Management. She is a former teacher and director of a health and social services program.
Wendy is co-author of the book, The Culture Question, and the author of many of our workshops including Respectful Workplace, Assertive Communication, and Performance Management. Her certification as a Step 1 and Step 2 Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicators gives her added insight into various personality types and how to unleash potential through coaching.
