Without team cohesion, a workplace can struggle to effectively accomplish its goals. If your team is experiencing a transition, conflict or confusion of identity, it can be beneficial for members to review team dynamics and establish team processes with the help of an outside facilitator. This workshop will allow members of your team to reflect on their history and where they want to go. Teams will develop a clear blueprint of how to move forward to achieve their goals. This process will benefit either existing, forming or changing teams and takes into account the unique history, function and nature of your team. This workshop includes both presentation and facilitated discussion.

Please Note: This workshop is for existing small teams of not more than 20. The workshop is highly interactive and focuses on understanding and working through team dynamics.
