About the Conference

This conference focuses on the challenges, needs, and opportunities unique to women leaders. In addition to learning insights and strategies to help you become more effective in your leadership role, there will be opportunities to network, connect, and have fun. Be prepared to share your experiences and learn from women who are curious, inspirational, and engaged in their workplaces.

In preparation for this conference, ACHIEVE is facilitating a survey in the area of women in leadership. You will receive a free resource e-manual after taking the survey. Take the survey now.

ACHIEVE is hosting this conference in support of SEED Winnipeg. All income after expenses will go to support the Indigenous Women Exploring Business and the Immigrant and Newcomer Women Exploring Business programs.

Some of the Presentation Topics:

  • The Role of Gender Identity in the Workplace
  • Trauma-Informed Leadership
  • Then and Now – 40 years of Gendered Experience in the Workforce
