Cancellation Policy

Registrations cancelled seven or more days before the live virtual workshop are refundable, minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Alternatively, you can keep a credit on file to attend a future training. Cancellations made less than sevens days before the live virtual workshop are nonrefundable. If at any time you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another individual at no extra cost. In this case, please notify ACHIEVE of the name and email of the person who will be attending.

We reserve the right to cancel live virtual workshops due to unforeseen circumstances or low registration numbers. Liability is limited to a refund of live virtual workshop fees only.

You Will Receive

The login details email will be sent to participants four calendar days before the live virtual workshop date. The email will include the Zoom link and PDF e-manual. You will receive your PDF certificate via email approximately 1-2 business days after the training.

Group Registration Instructions

To register a group for a live virtual workshop, choose the number you would like to register for the selected workshop and fill in all the relevant information. If you register four or more people on the same order, you’ll automatically receive a 5% discount.

You agree to allow only the number of people registered to view the live virtual workshop. If you would like to add additional viewers, please contact the office to do so.

Special Accommodations for Disabilities

Continuing Education Credit

There are six continuing education credits earned for each day of training. For example, a one-day workshop earns six continuing education hours; a two-day workshop earns 12 hours; and a half-day workshop earns three hours. A certificate will be awarded upon the completion of the live virtual workshop. While many associations and licensing bodies accept ACHIEVE workshops for continuing education credits, questions about approval should be directed to the specific association or licensing body for which you are requesting the credits.

Filming and Photography

ACHIEVE Centre for Leadership reserves the right to record live virtual workshops. The recording and photography can be used for promotional materials, or the entire training may be used for an on-demand workshop. If you would like to know if we will be recording a live virtual workshop you are attending, please contact our office.

Recording or reproduction of this copyrighted work is prohibited.
